Leung Xam King, Vice President of the China Com-

mercial 8.8.Co. Ltd., before you in due form appears and

states:-

That the epartment of the Interior has not come

to any decision up to this date, relative to the claims

which I filed in your separtment last year on behalf of the

Company over which I presice. I said in that document,

that in my opinion your Department was the competent one to

decide the question I submitted to you, on behalf of the

Ixecutive of the Union, and that the pepartment of the In-

terior would only have to report on the facts and order

which gave rise to the claim in question.

In view of the times which has elapsed without any

decision on the matter, and the injuries which the China

Commercial 3.s.Co. Ltd., suffers through the suspension of

its business, and again repeating on behalf of that Compa-

ny,
